The most recent deal to Movianto at Unit 1 of 355,000 sq ft on Phase III concludes nearly four years of development and means we have delivered over 500,000 sq ft of deals this year with Carlton Packaging acquiring the 172,195 Unit 2 earlier in 2021. Both units were pre- let prior to practical completion.
