Prime Warehouses to Let in Luton & Dunstable
The Luton & Dunstable Warehouse market used to reflect the towns heritage of hat making and car production at the Vauxhall factory. Whilst Stellantis have announced that their Luton site will produce electric vans from 2025, the local economy is now more diverse. Key employers within the town include Signature flatbreads, Whitbread, Easyjet and Amazon. As London Luton Airport continues to expand the supply chain supporting the airport occupies much of the employment space around President Way.
The key industrial / warehouse locations within Dunstable include Woodside, Eastern Avenue, Nimbus Park and Chiltern Park. The Luton industrial and warehouse market is clustered around Dallow Road, Bilton Way, Cosgrove Way, Finway, Sundon Park and President Way, close to London Luton Airport. The trade counter market in Luton and Dunstable is focused on Windmill Trading Estate, Cosgrove Way and Eastern Avenue.
New supply is currently limited to the last remaining units to let at Insignia Park, Trade City and Vision 90 at Woodside. Notable new warehouse schemes currently under construction include Junction – a four unit scheme being delivered by Wrenbridge and Morgan Stanley at M1 Junction 10. Looking further ahead, Prologis, Goodman and Aviva all have sites locally which are expected to deliver new warehouse units in the future.
