Local business and frozen food specialists DWF have acquired Units 1A – 1D totalling 29,213 sqft and will be relocating from their existing facility in Woodford Green. DWF, acquiring 50% of the schemes floor space, have committed to a 20 year lease and join existing Tenants Hived (Unit 2C) and Dhaka Trading & Distribution (Unit 2D).

Workstown is the first phase of development in a JV between Enfield Council and HBD. The development sits prominently on Montagu Road with easy access to the A1055 Meridian Way and the A10 Great Cambridge Road. The development of 9 units reached PC in Nov 21 and following high levels of demand only has 2 units remaining.
