Situated on Tewin Road, Tritium sits within the well-established Mundells industrial area of Welwyn Garden City. The town centre and train station can be reached easily on foot from the scheme and is also close to J4 of the A1(M), providing easy access to the national motorway network.

Work will begin on site in Q4 2022, with completion expected in Q4 2023. The announcement follows HBD acquiring the site in 2021. Mark Gill acted on the acquisition.
