In the Eg Radius Agent Rankings released this week Adroit Real Estate Advisors (AREA) have topped the charts at No 1 in terms of Industrial & Logistics floorspace transacted in the South East in 2022 with over 1.5m sq ft of space let or sold in the sector, second were JLL with LSH third.

Steve Williams Director of AREA said “ we are rightly proud of this award. Coming 2nd last year was a great result for us but 1st this year is testament to the hard work and focus we have had as a team in 2022. We look forward to continuing this success for our clients in 2023.”

The agent rankings are an independent guide produced by the Estates Gazette and total the amount of floorspace transacted by companies in every sector and every region of the country.

Lloyd Spencer said “2022 was a year of two halves – a strong start was followed by political turmoil and gathering economic clouds in the second and so it has been important for us to maintain a sharp focus on making deals happen.”

Key deals across the year included the lettings at Fuse in Bedford on behalf of Wrenbridge & IM Properties, lettings of four units at Millennium Point, Aylesbury for W E Black, lettings at Kiln Farm, Milton Keynes for Mileway, sales at Quad 2, Butterfield, Luton for HBD, the letting of B130 and B50 at Bedford Commercial Park for Goodman, the letting of Unit 5 G Park Biggleswade for GLP and DC234 Prologis Park Hemel Hempstead on behalf of Prologis.
